I am a nostalgic person, and have very special feelings for old buildings, hence I decided to devote my entire life to painting this subject. I don't really know why, but everytime I see a colonial building or some olden architecture.

I have this sudden gush of inspiration that comples me to capture it immediately, either by camera or sketching, I can imagine myself traveling back in tme, as if reconnecting with my destined past.

To me, every brick and tile leaves a vestige of history, and every image tells a story. I want to re-enact it with my own aesthetic sentiments.

My works are not predetermined with my fixed mindset and I use watercolour, pen or oilds freely depending on my mood or intuition. As we lose more and more old bildings in the name of progress.

I feel it is my obligation to preserve their beauty on paper or canvas for posterity.
